Whitaker Falls - Upper Flume

Just outside Martinsburg, New York, is a municipal camp ground and park next to Roaring Brook. From the campground, a set of stairs leads to the riverbed, and a short treck east from the stairs bring you to a steep set of rock stairs which you can climb down to the base of the upper falls, a pretty flume in summer, and probably a raging torrent in the spring.
