Marmora Mine

It was a drey and windy day . . . (I know that sounds like the beginning of a cheap true crime novel.) Standing on top of a tailings pile next to the iron mine at Matmora Ontario, I was admiring the beginning of the fall colors and hoping for a scant ray of sunshine to brighten them up.
